Completed in December 2019, renovations to Key West Ford in New Westminster included an office tower addition and service canopy. The electrical service was also upgraded and was comprised of the existing service amalgamation, unit substation and grounding study.
SML consulted on several office improvements in these multi-tenant strata-based buildings in Langley and Maple Ridge, BC. Scope of work has often included private offices and open workstation areas, reception areas, boardrooms, IT rooms, kitchens, lighting redesign and connection design for office equipment.
Working with Primaris Management Inc., this multi-store tenant improvement and expansion in Sherwood Park, AB was a challenge we eagerly accepted. The scope of work included splitting the existing Safeway into three tenant spaces, entrance and corridor improvements and lighting redesign at different locations in the mall, the relocation and enhancement of Guest Services and renovations at several storefronts including Suzanne's, Ardene, Dollarama and more.
Originally constructed in the 1950's, the building underwent many renovations and uses in the past and required extensive work before the doors could open as Surrey's newest Ford dealership. This two-storey, 19,590 square foot structure included renovations to the showroom, offices and new site lighting. The upgrades consisted of lighting redesign, programmed and sensored lighting and were designed to ASHRAE 90.1 Standards.
